Retreat operates a marketplace facilitating travel and hotel bookings through planretreat.com. Retreat functions as an intermediary connecting customers with independent travel and hotel service providers. The platform does not directly provide these services but acts as a facilitator.

2. Definitions

This agreement incorporates our Privacy Policy and references California Consumer Privacy Acts (CCPA) and U.S. privacy laws. Users include customers and service providers registered with the platform.

3. Important Notices

Service providers are independent entities, not Retreat employees. Bookings represent customer offers for arrangement agreements through the platform. Booking confirmation occurs via separate email containing provider details.

4. Payments & Fees

Retreat receives compensation through arrangement fees and advance payments made to service providers. Service fees cover operational costs. Travel and hotel prices remain valid until modifications are requested, triggering additional charges subject to availability.

5. User Obligations

Users must provide accurate information, comply with applicable laws, and refrain from data mining, collusion with providers, or unauthorized content copying.

6. Cancellation Policy

Non-refundable administration fees include bank charges, website maintenance, and advertising costs. Cancellations after service commencement receive no refunds. Service providers may cancel bookings anytime; customers waive claims for damages.

7. Disputes

Customers should contact providers directly for dispute resolution. Retreat maintains no responsibility for payment disputes between customers and providers.

8. Intellectual Property & Liability

Retreat disclaims liability for service quality, provider behavior, and third-party interactions. All content on the platform is owned by Retreat Technologies, Inc.

9. Governing Law

California law governs this agreement. Mediation precedes legal action. Customers can request privacy information annually under CCPA provisions.
